Once the software and hardware are installed, our AcqirisLive evaluation tool is found in the computer's start menu. AcqirisLive is a fully functional control and waveform display program. This demonstration software allows users to operate digitizer products as if they were standard digital oscilloscopes. In addition, AcqirisLive is the ideal tool to verify the hardware functionality of the digitizer card. The program accelerates digitizer setup and testing so that users can quickly verify how well the digitizer product will work with their particular signal. A simple and intuitive graphical user interface makes it easy to adjust key hardware settings (gain, timebase, sampling rate, etc.) as well as displaying, zooming and storing signals. Stored data are available in the format of your choice, i.e. binary or ASCII. Frequently used hardware settings can be saved in files for rapid recall. Two independent windows - a control window and a display window - provide simple, intuitive interfaces. The control window allows the digitizer to operate in either oscilloscope mode or transient recorder mode thus greatly facilitating the configuration and manipulation of all the card's acquisition parameters. Meanwhile, the display window provides a large viewing area for live display of single- or multi-channel signals. Persistence and zoom modes are also available to reveal signal details and expand traces both horizontally and vertically. Other functionalities such as pulse parameter measurement, trigger time stamping and internal calibration are accessible through the options menu. AcqirisLive is provided free of charge with the purchase of any Acqiris digitizer. |
